2.Email your slip/invoice to with the following subject line: Adel, Amos and Schneider.
3. Please include your, Name, Surname, Cellphone number, Address, and Province in the email.
The competition is valid until 31 December 2021.
Winners will be chosen via a lucky draw. Please note entries submitted after 31 December will not qualify for the draw.
Winners will be announced in the second week of January 2022.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (“the Rules”).

This promotional competition is conducted by Office National Africa (Pty) Limited and its licensees (outlets), Registration No. 2005/010011/07, Ground Floor, Building 4, Boskruin Village Office Park Cnr President Fouche & Hawken Road, Bromhof, Randburg (hereinafter "the Promoter" or “Our” or “Office National” or “Member” or “Outlet”) hereby offers the opportunity to participate in “Win 1 of 50 gift hampers with the Office National Trefoil (Adel, Amos and Schneider) competition (“the Competition”). “Online or” refers to any one of the independently owned Office National outlets’ websites.

It is deemed that a participant’s participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.
1. This Competition is open to citizens and permanent residents of South Africa, Namibia and Lesotho over the age of sixteen (16) years;
2. Employees of the Promoter, partners, directors, members, as well as their spouses, life partners, children, siblings, or associates are not eligible to enter or participate in this Promotion.
3. The Competition will run from 1 December 2021 until 31 December 2021. Winners will be chosen via a lucky draw.
4. The prize (“Prizes”) will be 1 of 50 hampers. In such a case that we don’t get a hold of a winner, another will be chosen in their place.
5. To stand a chance of winning, Participants must purchase the provided Adel, Amos or Schneider products from Office National.
6. Participants may enter the Competition as many times as they wish, provided that Participants purchase the eligible product as set out in 5 above - each time.
7. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their personal contact details provided are accurate.
8. The outcome of the Promotion is subject to the decision of the judge or organizer of the Promotion whose decision is final and no negotiations and/or correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility of participation and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter or any of the Promoter brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the Promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable if they are unable to contact any of the potential winners after three (3) attempts made within three (3) working days of their name being drawn, for whatever reason, including incorrect entry steps followed, incorrect contact details, inoperative telephone numbers or no answer. Such a potential winner will be disqualified and a redraw will be executed from the eligible entries.
11. If a winner fails to comply with any of these Rules or the Promoter’s terms of acceptance of the Prize, or if a winner refuses to sign the Promoter’s Indemnity in respect thereof, this will be construed as a rejection of the prize and to this end, without prejudice to any other remedy which the Promoter and its associates may have, the winner will be automatically disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
12. In the event where the Competition / Promotion is cancelled or suspended, all Participants/entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the Competition / Promotion and acknowledge that they have no recourse against the Promoter, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
13. The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or oral) in respect of any Prize nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.
14. The Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted.
15. Costs associated with insurance on the Prize, including extras such as fuel, licensing, servicing & repairs and additional accessories are not included.
16. A Participant who is awarded a Prize accepts the Prize voetstoots and the Promoter shall not be liable for any defect on the Prize.
17. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion and for whatever reason - to substitute the Prizes with any other Prize of comparable or greater commercial value or an appropriate replacement value in the place of the Prize.
18. The Promoter will advise the winner when the Prize will be ready for collection. Once the winner has been notified of a suitable handover date, the winner will be required to collect the Prize within ten (10) working days of the handover date being confirmed, failing which the winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Promoter shall be obliged to move onto the next possible finalist.
19. If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of being run as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the draw.
20. Any Participant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism or draw in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Competition, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
21. The financial administration of this Competition will be reviewed by the Promoters Auditors.
22. By entering, a Participant acknowledges that personal information about the Participant will be shared with the Promoter.
23. The Promoter may require winners to be photographed and the photographs published in print media, or to appear on radio or television when accepting their Prizes and/or after having received their Prizes. The winners will be given an opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the Promoter’s marketing material in so far it relates to the Competition.
